The deposit is refunded via bank transfer within a few business days after receiving the shipment containing the old shock absorber along with the completed Deposit Refund Form. The returned shock absorber must not be mechanically damaged, i.e., it must not have a damaged housing, cut wires, broken connectors, a bent piston rod, etc.

You can avoid having to pay a deposit; in that case, please send your shock absorbers for reconditioning along with the repair order, available on our website. The reconditioned shock absorbers will be sent back to you via return shipping and cash on delivery.
